Washing

We recommend gentle hand washing in cold water using a mild detergent. If machine washing is necessary, use a delicate cycle (max 30°C) and place the abaya in a laundry bag. Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals.

Drying

Do not tumble dry. Gently reshape and hang to air dry away from direct sunlight. Avoid wringing or twisting to prevent creases and damage to the fabric’s surface.

Ironing

Iron on a low heat setting and turn inside out before ironing. Use light steam if needed, and avoid direct heat on the satin surface to prevent shine marks.

Storage

Hang on a padded hanger to maintain shape. Store in a cool, dry place using a breathable garment bag.

Additional Care

Avoid applying perfumes or oils directly onto the fabric, as satin may stain easily. Handle with care to prevent snags and pressure marks. Professional dry cleaning is recommended for best results."

• The order will not be processed until full payment has been completed.
• As the order is placed, you commit and agree to buy the items described in that order, with the price chosen for it including any delivery fees/ taxes or duties where applicable.
• 57 may withhold in our sole discretion including reasons as ineligibility, inability to confirm payment authorization, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions and stock availability. Products in your cart are not reserved up until you make the payment for the order.
• The Website may contain or provide information regarding the availability of merchandise. This information can be used to estimate the likelihood that an item will be available immediately upon Order placement. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that an item stated to be available will actually be available right away, as inventory can change significantly throughout the day.
• In rare cases, a product may be available when you place an Order but sold out by the time we process the Order. Should this happen, we will notify you.
• An Invoice of your Order will be acknowledged by email or WhatsApp. However the Order is only confirmed when you receive a notification from us confirming dispatch of the relevant item(s). No party other than us has the authority to confirm acceptance of the Order.
• No Alterations to be made as the customer should provide their exact measurements upon placing the order.
• Refunds to be made only within 24 hours if the item is damaged or a wrong order and it’s must be proven by images.
• 57 is not responsible for any fault or damage due to item misuse or care. Care instructions are provided and need to be followed to prevent item damage.

Upcycling Contract:

• Item must be returned within 6 – 8 months in a good condition.
• Any item before or after 6-8 months would not be accepted.
• We have the right to redesign only based on the condition of the fabric.
• We may reject the redesigning method if the item/fabric was damaged.
• For redesigning – requests should be placed through email only.
• If the email registered has been changed – we should be informed in order to proceed with the redesigning .
• The customer has the right to keep the purchased item to themselves without returning back for redesigning.
